Jack squished himself into a little ball to sit next to me while I worked. He is most certainly not a snuggler unless he is feeling ill. His monthly heartworm preventative makes him mopey for a few hours on medication day. Is it wrong that I kinda like these precious few hours each month when we can actually share a couch?

Tip/trick/lesson of the day: Do not use fat-free salad dressing. Your body cannot absorb all the nutrients in the greens without a fat, so be sure to add some healthy fats, like nuts, seeds, avocado, or evoo.
