A few friends beat me to it, deciding that it was the right thing to do because I had a birthday/do most of the cooking in my friend circle/like pretty things. (Camera loaned to a friend, but these will do...)
Dutch oven!

Big stockpot!

Covered baker!
Mortar and pestle!
All four are on display in my kitchen bookcase because you simply don't go storing Le Creuset in the cabinet. The alternating lime and teal make me smile every time. And, my, won't mashed avocados look lovely in that bowl?

"Sweet surprise" my arse. High fructose corn syrup now linked to liver scarring.

HFCS is in *everything*. I thought about eliminating it from my diet and finally just gave up trying. I find it hard to believe 19 percent of adults don't consume it. Hm. They were only reporting BEVERAGES, not slushy-ice or even "innocent" things like pizza sauce.
PS. Your new stuff is really pretty, but I want to see what it looks like in the kitchen! Don't be a kitchenware tease. :)
It IS in everything! Soups, sauces, etc. Insane. I don't want to get all crazy conspiracy theorist here, but I worry that we're killing ourselves with all the HFCS, artificial sweeteners, and plastics.
Not that that will keep me from my beloved Red Vines or Sour Straws.
I let a friend borrow my camera...photos will be up when it is back :)
My master bath is blue and green. But a medium blue and avacado green. I've had this color scheme for 10 years and I never get tired of it.
