Jack's new toy

Jack has fallen madly in love with his new toy. He's never done this before, and it's ridiculously cute. It's a little toy that looks rather like an alien mated with a duck. He carries it around all day, dropping it in his water bowl when he needs a drink and even sleeps with it.

Generally, he de-squeaks, de-stuffs, or otherwise destroys his toys within minutes. With this new and favored possession, he is extraordinarily gentle.

I went back to the store and purchased several identical toys, just in case.
